Orleans Dome Rules & Terms
We ask all Orleans Dome patrons and visitors to abide by our rules and regulations for the facility in the hopes that everyone can fully enjoy our wonderful facility equally.
Please vacate the field 5 minutes before the end of your booking to allow for the setup of the next booking.
No admission fees can be charged for an Orleans Dome event or activity.
Bookings may not be assigned or transferred to another user without consent from the Orleans Dome.
No dressing rooms are available for sports field players but bathrooms are accessible in the school at all times during bookings. Please help to keep these areas neat and tidy.
Payment must be made upon signing a rental contract and prior to arriving.
No consumption of food, beverages or gum inside the Dome. WATER ONLY!
All participants must wear a shirt and shoes at all times inside the Dome.
All participants must wear clean and appropriate footwear for their activity at all times. No Cleats allowed. Street shoes & winter boots to be left in designated areas.
No spitting inside the facility.
Parking is available at the Garneau High School - please use only the designated spots.
There is no smoking and no alcohol allowed on the premises at any time.
No loud swearing or foul language is allowed. Our facility is host to youth events, and we want to maintain a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for all.
